The end of a job can be tedious and time consuming, something that many companies would prefer to skip  over. A job isn’t complete until the owner is satisfied and all the proper documentation is turned in. This includes any punch list items, final inspections, training on equipment, and certificate of occupancy.

Other closeout items are an accurate set of as built drawings, and professionally assembled operations and maintenance manuals. Follow up walk-throughs are another measure taken to ensure the owners satisfaction.
